Heather Hill’s Outpatient Services programs feature:
- Occupational and Industrial Rehabilitation
- Orthopedic Rehabilitation
- Neurological Rehabilitation for patients recovering from stroke or
head injury
- General Rehabilitation in one or more of Occupational, Physical
Therapy and/or Communication Disorders
Heather Hill’s specialized programs are also available to assist with
wheelchair seating and positioning. Our staff psychologists are also
readily available to assist those in the community that require skilled
counseling services.

Heather Hill stresses a hands-on, functional approach to
rehabilitation. We endeavor to return the patient to living a rewarding
and fulfilling lifestyle as quickly as possible. Our experienced and
dedicated rehabilitation professionals work directly with the patients and
their families to plan and carry out treatment programs. This focused,
interactive approach enables patients to achieve meaningful progress as
they rebuild function following illness, accidents or injuries.

Families are encouraged to observe and participate in any or all of the
therapy sessions. Our state of the art treatment techniques include manual
therapy encompassing neurological and orthopedic techniques, cognitive
retraining and adaptation, myofascial release and mobilization, upper and
lower extremity splinting and brace fitting, modified barium swallow and
functional capacity evaluations.

Yes, we would love to have you out to visit our facility and take you
