HEATHER HILL Hospital, Health & Care Center offers an expansive Neuro Rehabilitative program. This program complements our current continuum, which includes Transitional Hospital, Rehabilitation Hospital, Subacute, Long Term Care, Outpatient Rehabilitation, Home Health Services, Durable Medical Equipment and an Alzheimer continuum.

HEATHER HILL has several managed care contracts. For non-contracted payers, the Case Management Team is experienced in negotiating care on an individualized basis. Medicare and Medicaid are accepted.
