Founded in 1939, Heather Hill is a 322-bed nonprofit healthcare campus including the Specialty Hospital (LTACH) for medically complex patients, short-term rehabilitation services, extended care, the Corinne Dolan Center for Memory and Aging, and our assisted living community, The Liberty.  We are located on a beautiful 156-acre estate in Geauga County, Ohio, just 12 miles east of Greater Cleveland.
